These Terms govern your use of AsPromised (the "Service"), available at aspromised.io. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

AsPromised analyzes how well a landing page keeps the promise made by its associated ad, and returns a diagnosis based on established conversion frameworks.

• Free analysis. The analysis is provided free of charge and is informational and advisory in nature.
• Paid service (personalized landing page). For a one-time fee, we provide a personalized landing page built from your analysis. At this stage the page is hand-built by us and delivered to you as ready-to-use code, typically within 48 hours of purchase. Hosting, deployment, and implementation are not included unless separately agreed.

Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process and payments are conducted by our reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed through the Service. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing, and the collection and remittance of applicable taxes. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy also apply to your purchase.

The price for the paid service is displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on this website.

Acceptable use

You agree to submit only content and URLs that you have the right to use and analyze, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its analysis methodology, frameworks presentation, and content, remains our property. Any personalized landing page code we deliver to you as part of a paid purchase becomes yours to use for your own business once payment is complete.

Disclaimer

The analysis and any recommendations are provided for informational purposes and represent our professional assessment. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any particular conversion rate, revenue, or business result. You are responsible for how you use the analysis and any delivered materials.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service or a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
