Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the personalized landing page sold through AsPromised (aspromised.io) by Blending Lab, obrt za digitalne usluge, vl. Karlo Osman, via our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

What you are buying

The personalized landing page is a made-to-order digital service. After purchase, we hand-build a landing page based on your specific campaign inputs and analysis findings, and deliver it to you as ready-to-use code, typically within 48 hours.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because this is a made-to-order digital service that we begin working on shortly after purchase, the following applies:

• If you request cancellation before we have begun building your page, you are entitled to a full refund.
• By purchasing, you expressly request that we begin the work during the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that once we have started building your page, you lose the automatic right to withdraw for that order.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at support@aspromised.io as soon as possible after your purchase, and before delivery where you wish to cancel. Please include the email address used for the purchase so we can locate your order.

How refunds are processed

Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Paddle, and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
